Description:
- RockStone is seeking a highly motivated Project / Product Manager for its mining and aggregate production near Blue Diamond, Nevada. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, regularly demonstrates initiative, and has well-developed skills managing multiple projects and personnel.
Technical ability and innovative thinking when addressing issues and management is necessary. The position requires the managing of day-to-day operations within the mine, the installation and implementation of emerging projects and initiatives, the prioritization and delegation of tasks and responsibilities, and various ad-hoc projects as needed. Out-of-the-box thinking, understanding of the overall business, and critical thinking will be required on a daily basis. The candidate will also be responsible for helping to manage analytics, statistical information, and
the regular collection and aggregation of said information. environmentally sound methodologies - Conduct evaluations and complex scientific and technical studies to advise and
communicate intricate matters effectively - Provide expertise in mine or geotechnical engineering, mineral economics, exploration, recovery, processing, marketing, reclamation, and more as necessary

- Five (5) onsite live-in employees at the mine with living quarters and amenities provided, i.e. washer, dryer, kitchen, bathroom facilities, etc.
- The program will offer tuition subsidization for applicable programs / majors.
- The candidates will live onsite to monitor and work with management to ensure optimal efficiency of the mine, as well as to explore various solutions for future initiatives.
