For the past 30 years, he had been one of the largest private homebuilders in Las Vegas. Rhodes is operating a gypsum mine on the site, known as the Blue Diamond Mine.

HARMONY HOME HISTORY

Harmony was founded at the height of the financial crisis in May 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada, to capitalize on the dislocation in the housing and financial markets. We started with two active communities, closing 13 homes in 2008. Later we expanded into Texas and California in 2010 with several active communities in each state. Eventually projects discontinued our Texas and California operations around 2013 and we refocused our attention on Las Vegas.

We have developed/built a total of 54 communities with an additional four communities currently under development. Through the end of 2022 we have closed 3,511 homes, generated a total of $965M in revenue, earning $110M in net income, and $160M in EBITDA.
